I currently work with individuals, couples, adolescents, families, and groups. I am particularly committed to encouraging my clients to move towards empowerment in relationships.

I bring over twenty years experience as a health educator into my work. Throughout the years, I have had tremendous success in both individual and groups with helping people overcome their anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem and dysfunctional family issues to achieve happy, fulfilling lives. I work intuitively to help a person overcome whatever is blocking their joy and fulfillment.

I provide a unique holistic approach to psychotherapy by combining my education and experience, including a Masters in Psychology, Doctorate in Natutopathy, and accreditations as a Nutritionist, Herbalist, Hypnotherapist, and Registered Addiction Specialist. In addition, I am currently doing my work for a PhD in Psychology. This multi-disciplinary approach allows me to approach issues from a neuro-biological perspective, helping the people I work with to feel better faster and appreciate lasting results.
