Through individual therapy, marital and family counseling, I have successfully helped many to cope with and overcome depression, anxiety disorders, grief, trauma and substance abuse.

My approach is genuine, encouraging, and insight-and-action-oriented. I specialize in helping people gain a greater awareness of their choices, attain understanding of their present circumstances, and transform fear and anger into forward movement and action.

I have vast experience in providing relief from emotional pain, healing wounds of emotional, physical and sexual abuse and loss, and mending love and family relationships. I have effectively assisted many in learning anger management, conflict resolution, communication, and relationship skills. My strength lies in helping people overcome feelings of resentment and shame, reconnect with passion and joy, uncover their internal resources and wisdom, and find and define their own voice.
