Whole Life Coaching
Whole life coaching addresses your life in a holistic way, respecting the fact that every aspect
of your life affects who you are. To accomplish this, you reflect on the primary areas of your life
to see if something is out of balance.
With this information, I can coach you and help you by strategizing about ways to enhance areas that
you feel are lacking. I am uniquely qualified to coach you in these areas. I have a Doctorate in Naturopathy,
which is the study of natural medicing, a Masters in Psychology, and I am licensed as a Marriage Family Therapist.
In you check out my biography, you will find I many other certifications and trainings as well.
One way to take stock of your life is by using the drawing that represents the major areas of your life.
To do this, you can use the illustration below, or you can make your own drawing on a piece of paper.
The illustration below has a title for each area, but you can make up your own. It is important that you
personalize yours.
To begin, either print out the drawing below by
clicking here,
or draw your own circle on a piece of paper and divide the circle into as many sections as you need, labeling each section.
Once your drawing is completed, your are ready to begin.
Based on the assumption that center of the circle represents 0% (or not all), and the outer area of
the circle is 100% (or completely), take a pencil and fill in the area to represent how satisfied you are whith that r
aspect of your life.
Once your drawing is complete, take a moment to reflect about what you have learned about yourself. After some
contemplation, ask yourself what changes you can make in order to increase your overall satisfaction.
If you would like, you are invited to bring this completed drawing in when you see me and we can discuss your results
and talk about ways to improve the parts of your life that you think are lacking.
The Principles of Whole Life Coaching
The principles of my whole life coaching are built on the foundation of naturopathic medicine and they are as follows:
- It is essential to see the whole person; mind, body and spirit when looking at various areas of our lives.
- We have an innate ability to heal that can be enhanced with the help of other practitioners, such as therapists
and coaches.
- The best healer is s teacher - someone who can teach you how to take care of yourself, rather than
depending solely on them.
- An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. When examining areas of your life that you want to improve,
it can sometimes be helpful to think about what got you there so you can try to prevent a reoccurence of the
problem.
I invite you to contact me ( )
and we can discuss how I might be of help. Meanwhile, I offer you best wishes on
living a life that is full and satisfying on every level.
